Abstract

Perioperative anesthesia management plays a pivotal role in ensuring patient safety and optimizing surgical outcomes. This paper explores current advancements in perioperative anesthesia, focusing on evidence based strategies across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Key areas include risk assessment, intraoperative monitoring techniques, and enhanced recovery protocols. By integrating recent clinical evidence, this study highlights approaches such as personalized anesthesia plans, multimodal pain management, and standardized protocols to reduce complications and improve recovery times. Two tables summarize critical strategies and their supporting evidence, while a comprehensive reference list provides a foundation for further study. The findings underscore the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to achieve optimal perioperative care.
