By submitting a manuscript to the International Journal of Medical Science in Clinical Research & Review (IJMSCRR), authors agree to comply with the following Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement. This statement has been prepared in accordance with the COPE Guidelines.

Authors must also review the [Author Guidelines] section before submission.

Editorial Responsibilities

Publication Decisions
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for deciding which manuscripts will be published, based on their scholarly validity, significance to the research community, reviewers’ recommendations, and legal considerations regarding libel, copyright, and plagiarism. The Editor-in-Chief may consult with other editors or reviewers in making the final decision.

Fair Play
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on their intellectual and scholarly merit, without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, citizenship, or political philosophy. Editorial decisions are not influenced by any external agencies or authorities.

Confidentiality
The editor and editorial staff will not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Editors will not use unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts for their own research without the authors’ written consent. If an editor has any financial, competitive, collaborative, or other conflicts of interest with the authors, companies, or institutions involved in the submission, they will recuse themselves from handling the manuscript.

Authors’ Responsibilities

Originality, Plagiarism, and Acknowledgement
Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original and has not been previously published elsewhere. Proper acknowledgment of all sources must be given. Plagiarism in any form, including copying, paraphrasing without attribution, or presenting others’ research as one’s own, constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

Multiple or Concurrent Submissions
Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously. Submitting a manuscript that has already been published or is under consideration elsewhere is considered unethical.

Authorship of the Paper
All individuals who have made significant contributions to the research should be listed as co-authors. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript and agreed to its submission.

Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.

Fundamental Errors in Published Work
If authors discover a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, they must immediately notify the journal editors and cooperate to correct or retract the article. If such an error is identified by the editors or a third party, authors are obligated to provide a correction or evidence supporting the article's validity.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities

  • Provide fair, objective, and timely evaluations of manuscripts.

  • Assess the originality, relevance, and scientific accuracy of the submission.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality during the review process.

  • Disclose any conflicts of interest and decline to review if such conflicts exist.

  • Report any ethical concerns, such as plagiarism or issues with the treatment of human or animal subjects.

Publisher’s Responsibilities

The publisher is committed to preserving the integrity of the academic record and upholding the highest standards of ethical publishing. In collaboration with the editorial board, reviewers, and authors, the publisher works to prevent unethical practices such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or manipulation.

IJMSCRR ensures:

  • Integrity, autonomy, and originality of all published content.
