  <abstract>
    <p>Background: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder affecting reproductive-age women and is associated with menstrual irregularities, hyperandrogenism, metabolic disturbances, and psychological distress. Complementary herbal therapies are increasingly being explored to manage PCOS symptoms. Objective: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of a herbal formulation, Teacurry She Balance Tea, in improving menstrual regularity, androgen-related symptoms, anthropometric parameters, and quality of life in women presenting with PCOS-related symptoms. Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted on 25 female participants aged 14–40 years presenting with PCOS-associated symptoms. Participants consumed Teacurry Balance Tea daily for three months. Clinical outcomes assessed included menstrual cycle changes, body weight, waist circumference, modified Ferriman-Gallwey score for hirsutism, Global Acne Severity score, menstrual distress questionnaire score, and PCOS-specific quality-of-life indicators. Results: Participants demonstrated a mean weight reduction of approximately 2.4 kg, along with a decrease in waist circumference. Mean hirsutism scores decreased, acne severity improved in several participants, and menstrual cycles showed improved regularity. Psychological symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, and mood swings were reduced. Participants presenting with prolonged amenorrhea reported resumption of menstruation during the intervention period. Conclusion: The findings suggest that Teacurry She Balance Tea may offer supportive benefits in the management of PCOS-related symptoms. Larger randomized controlled trials are required to confirm these findings and establish clinical efficacy.
